At our signature restaurant, Teppanyaki MIZUKI, the art of Osaka kappo is brought to the teppanyaki grill, where dishes are prepared before your eyes using refined kappo techniques. This distinctive approach is our signature “French Kappo” style of teppanyaki.
“Voyage -Osaka Time- Autumn Special Menu” is a teppanyaki course inspired by Osaka’s rich culinary culture, history, and traditions. Across all 10 dishes, Chef Shunsuke Takaoka brings the depth and diversity of Osaka’s culinary heritage to life. Seasonal ingredients are thoughtfully incorporated throughout the course, allowing you to experience the distinctive flavors and character of autumn.
