Menu Homard Bleu
We are delighted to present a special course menu featuring the rare and luxurious Homard Bleu, one of the world’s most prized lobsters. Renowned for its striking blue shell and sometimes described as the “blue diamond of the sea,” the whole lobster is prepared in a variety of ways, allowing its delicate sweetness and rich umami character to shine.

For the main dish, we offer a side-by-side tasting of two exceptional Japanese wagyu brands: Matsusaka beef and the rare Ozaki beef. The course is complemented by a selection of other dishes, thoughtfully crafted to showcase the chef’s refined techniques and culinary creativity.
