Carefully selected, high-quality Japanese fruits that capture the essence of each season are beautifully presented on plates from Mikimoto's iconic “M Signature” collection, adding a touch of elegance to your table.

Chapter One: Apple Afternoon Tea — A Symphony of Sweetness in Lustrous Red

This afternoon tea unfolds in two chapters. From November 3, to November 30, the first chapter celebrates apples, which grow sweeter as autumn deepens. Led by our Executive Pastry Chef Osamu Yoshida, our pastry team transforms the fruit’s distinctive qualities—from its refreshing crispness when enjoyed raw to its sweet, rich, melt-in-your-mouth texture when cooked—into exquisite desserts with layers of complex flavor.

We offer a welcome mocktail inspired by pearls, the signature of Mikimoto, a parfait infused with the aroma of apple liqueur, and luxurious savory dishes topped with foie gras and caviar. Featuring jewelry-inspired details throughout, this exquisite afternoon tea invites you to immerse yourself in an elegant world where the beauty of pearls meets the allure of apples.

Among the 15 varieties of black tea available as part of the free-flow service, a highlight of this afternoon tea is "Pomme d’Amour," a captivating blend of caramelized apple infused with the aromatic notes of Maraschino cherry liqueur and delicately adorned with sunflower petals.
