On this date, the 38th Naniwa Yodogawa Fireworks Festival is scheduled to take place. As we anticipate an exceptionally high number of guests, the SPECIALTY SALON is expected to experience greater demand than usual.
In order to provide a refined and comfortable experience for all our esteemed members, we will be implementing special arrangements for the salon’s operations on this occasion. We sincerely appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation, and our dedicated team remains committed to ensuring your stay is both seamless and memorable.

While these arrangements differ from our usual services, our entire team is dedicated to providing you with an experience of comfort, elegance, and lasting memories.We thank you most sincerely for your kind understanding, and we look forward to extending our warmest hospitality to you.

Check-in Check-out	Check-in and check-out may be arranged on the 29th floor.
Breakfast [7:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. (L.O. 10:00 a.m.)]	Regular services
Snack Time [10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.]	There may be a short wait for seating.
Afternoon Tea [2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.]	To ensure a smooth transition to the evening cocktail service, we kindly ask all guests to observe the time slot shown on the left. *Children aged 12 and under are welcome until 4:30 p.m. at SPECIALTY SALON.
Evening Cocktail Fireworks Viewing: Queue Number Lottery [4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.]	・Please note that the service is for 60 minutes. We kindly ask all guests to register at the reception desk prior to entry. * Even if the guests arrive after 5:30p.m., the guests usage time will be until 6:30 p.m. ・Orders may be placed once upon arrival. Please allow additional time for the preparation and service of your order. ・Guests can participate in the queue number lottery from 4:30 p.m. at the reception desk in the 38F SPECIALTY SALON. Please note that there are no losing tickets, so everyone who participated in the lottery will be admitted. ・All guests will be kindly asked to vacate the salon by 6:30 p.m. for fireworks preparation.
Close [6:30 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.]	Salon closure for preparation fireworks viewing: All guests will be kindly asked to vacate the salon.
Fireworks Viewing [7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., scheduled]	・To ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for all guests, admission will be offered in the order of the queue numbers between approximately 6:45 p.m. and 6:50 p.m. ・Seated viewing is available in a designated area along the windows, while all other areas will be available for standing viewing only. We are afraid we are unable to accept seat reservation. Upon admission, guests are welcome to choose any available spot from which to enjoy the fireworks. Please be advised that due to factors such as wind direction on the day, the surrounding environment, changes to the launch site, or poor visibility caused by adverse weather, there may be instances where the fireworks cannot be viewed. In the event that the fireworks display is canceled due to severe weather or other circumstances, our hotel assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred by guests or third parties.
