We have confirmed multiple cases in Japan in which guests who made reservations through Booking.com have received suspicious messages. At one of our group hotels as well, fraudulent messages impersonating the hotel have been sent to certain guests.
These messages may appear to be booking confirmations and may request guests to enter their credit card information or include links directing users to phishing websites.
If you receive such a message or any communication from a suspicious source or containing suspicious content, please do not access any links included in the message and exercise extreme caution.
We kindly ask guests using Booking.com to be cautious regarding this matter.
