Take a journey to discover new gourmet delights in the dining car of a luxury train.

The Moment Grill & Dining, an all-day dining restaurant inspired by a dining car on a luxury train, with a core concept of “Farm to Table & Charcoal Grill”. The restaurant offers a buffet of dishes using French and Japanese techniques, as well as dishes slowly cooked in the restaurant's charcoal oven, featuring ingredients from all over Japan and the world, carefully selected by our chef.
During dinner, our sommeliers suggest red and white wine pairings to enhance the experience.

Also try the “Strawberry Wagon Service” available only for the lunch buffet and the “Caviar Station” available only for the dinner buffet.

A culinary journey around the world

The new spring menu, rotating on a monthly basis, is inspired by cuisines from around the world.
In March, enjoy “Oxtail and Charred Onion Spicy Curry with Couscous” and other dishes inspired by African cuisine. In April, we recommend the “Japanese Beef Churrasco with Tomato & Vegetable Stew” with hearty South American beef skewers. May features a French classic, “Escargots à la Bourguignonne.”
We invite you on a pleasant journey around the world with our monthly rotating menu of different countries and regions.

Our recommended menu is available for three consecutive months

From March to May, enjoy an exquisite menu featuring the seal of approval of the chef of THE MOMENT GRILL & DINING, an experience to remember for customers from the world over.
Start with the iconic Japanese Nigiri Sushi, with fish and other toppings of the day hand-pressed in front of you by a professional sushi chef. Don’t miss “Vanilla-Infused Lobster Cocotte,” with tender meat, a complex aroma, and stunning presentation meant to evoke images of Canada.

Lunchtime special: Strawberry Wagon Service

Lunch buffets include dining cart service for farm-to-table strawberries that are “uniquely” and interestingly shaped.
The simple appeal of these rarely encountered, uniquely shaped strawberries is due to their fresh fragrance and mouth-watering flavor. We also hope this helps inspire contemplation of food waste resulting from overly strict market requirements.

Dinnertime special: Caviar station and dining cart service

The spectacular view from 140 meters high becomes absolutely breathtaking at night.
Dinner is the only time to enjoy our caviar station with its array of unforgettable flavors, alongside a dining cart of char-grilled roast beef on the bone (limited quantity) and other meat dishes available for you to choose from.

A truly unique culinary journey awaits with the opportunity to try bites of the finest caviars and enjoy stunning découpage.
