Enveloped in mystical blue light, free your body and mind in a dedicated meditation room.

Trip to the Deep Sea is a meditation activity offered on the 30th-floor OFURO bath area beginning February 27, 2025.
Trip to the Deep Sea is an instructor-led activity created to help guests release the stress and fatigue built up during their hotel stay, and put their thoughts and spirit in order, deeply refreshing both body and soul.

The Morning Meditation program aims to bolster participants’ ability to concentrate so they can go on to enjoy a fulfilling day, while the Evening Meditation program smoothly guides participants to a peaceful night’s sleep. The instructor is bilingual in Japanese and English so guests from anywhere can participate. He peacefully guides participants through their meditation, inspiring mindfulness in a way suited to each individual guest. With easy yoga stretches and breathing techniques, even novices will find it easy to drop in for their first meditation experience.
