ELABORATE MENU

  • Charcoal-grilled Japanese beef with blackened onion sauce

Our Japanese beef is expertly grilled over charcoal, locking in its natural flavors and succulent juices.
Enjoy it with the accompanying sauce, made by slowly coaxing out the rich sweetness of onions.

  • Bounty of the fields : seasonal vegetables

Our vegetables are expertly cooked in Josper charcoal ovens.
This brings out their natural flavors, transforming them into a culinary delight that can rival even the main dish.

  • Nigiri sushi (hand-pressed sushi)

Our sushi rice uses Fujisu Premium rice vinegar, renowned for its traditional static fermentation and extended maturation process. Skilled sushi chefs meticulously shape the sushi right before your eyes.

  • House-made bread

Our house-made bread is baked fresh every morning.
We typically offer about 10 different varieties, including beautifully-layered croissants and baguettes with a moist interior that contrasts beautifully with the crispy exterior.

  • Choice menu: Free-range eggs

Savor the freshness of free-range eggs, sourced from hens raised in a more natural environment. We prepare them fresh for you and serve them hot at your table.
    * This menu item is not included in our Marriott Bonvoy® special offer breakfast.

  • Mont Blanc dessert, freshly piped

Smooth as delicate silk threads, watch as the paste is piped over the dessert moments before serving. At its base is a dorayaki, a classic Japanese pancake filled with Tamba Dainagon azuki beans, creating a harmonious blend of Japanese and Western confectionery.

  • Fruit

One of the most popular items on our menu is the vibrant selection of fruit that reflects the changing seasons. Pair with yogurt or granola, or mix and match to create your own unique combinations.

CRAFTSMAN SHIP

  • Sausages and Kurobuta boneless ham HyogoKagoshima [Bayerischer Hof] [Nanshu Nojo Co., Ltd.]

For a truly authentic taste, we offer a curated selection featuring sausages prepared by Mr. Shimizu, a master butcher (Fleischermeister) certified by the German government, and Kurobuta boneless ham, which is cured at low temperatures for an extended period to bring out the rich flavor and succulent texture of Kurobuta pork thigh meat.
    * Due to limited availability, we may sometimes offer alternative products.

  • Yume silken tofu and Yume natto beans Osaka [Marushin Tofu Store]

Lovingly handcrafted with care and devotion to family and loved ones. Made exclusively from domestically sourced Japanese soybeans, the smooth handmade tofu and tender generously sized natto beans (fermented soybeans) are among the recommended items on our menu.
    * Due to limited availability, we may sometimes offer alternative products.

  • Brioche French toast with baked brown sugar Osaka [Ueno Sugar Co., Ltd.]

Certified as an Osaka specialty, baked brown sugar is prepared using a method and blend refined over more than 100 years since the company’s founding. The robust, rich sweetness of the brown sugar complements the specially crafted brioche, creating a harmonious balance in the French toast.

  • Classic chocolate granola Osaka [Granola Specialty Store “fig”]

The concept behind this granola specialty store is “Would you want your child to eat this?” Classic chocolate granola combines cocoa and cacao nibs with dried bananas, adding a touch of sweetness to the subtle bitterness that appeals to adult palates.

  • Fruit jams made in Osaka Osaka [Sen Sou Co., Ltd.]

Based on the concept of “simple yet high quality,” these jams were created by a fruit merchant established in 1887, using fruit grown in Osaka and across Japan. Their sweetness is adjusted to complement the house-made bread of THE OSAKA STATION HOTEL.
