Autograph Daruma Journey: A Multi-Hotel Campaign Featuring Limited-Edition Collectible “Autograph Daruma Dolls”

Unique Traits of “THE OSAKA STATION HOTEL, Autograph Collection” Daruma
THE OSAKA STATION HOTEL is the fifth Autograph Collection Hotel in Japan and the first in Osaka. It was built on the site of the historic original Osaka Station that first opened for service around 150 years ago. The hotel interior features railway-themed art and design based on the brand concept of THE OSAKA TIME, bridging the legacy and culture of this historic location into the future. THE OSAKA STATION HOTEL’s Daruma doll also features a design inspired by railway heritage to embody the hotel’s unique concept and brand of hospitality.

Drawing on the railway heritage and memory of the historic Osaka Station opened in 1874, the doll’s motif is based on the hole shapes of ticket punchers used at major stations in western Japan.
The pattern fluttering down onto the Daruma doll represents the accumulation of time. The gold and black used in the design are drawn from the hotel’s logo, representing the desire to remain strongly rooted in this place.
We consider sustainability by avoiding excessive packaging and ensuring long-lasting product quality.

Autograph Collection Hotels
| STEP 1 | Use the "Autograph Daruma Journey" accommodation plan at each participating hotel, to receive an "Autograph Daruma Doll" for each adult per stay. Keep the "serial number card" enclosed in the Daruma package as it will be required to exchange for the complete bonus "special display case" (limited quantity,; not available for purchase). |

| STEP 2 | Visit all five Autograph Collection hotels across Japan and collect one Daruma doll from each hotel, for a total of five different dolls. Enjoy meeting each unique Autograph Daruma doll that symbolizes the story and concept of each Autograph Collection hotel. |
| STEP 3 | Present all five "serial number cards—," one for each hotel—, to the staff at the front desk of the last hotel. Once your collection is complete, you will receive a special display case. |
Q: I have more than two "serial number cards" from the same hotel, for a total of five cards. Can I exchange the five cards for a "special display case"?
A: We cannot exchange incomplete serial number card sets. Each of the five "serial number cards" must be from a different hotel.
Q: Can I give or sell my "serial number card" to a third party?
A: Sale, transfer, and lending of serial number cards is prohibited.
Q: Until when can I redeem the "special display case"?
A: The "special display case" is available in limited quantities. Redemption will end once available stock runs out.
Q: Can you mail me a "special display case"?
A: We cannot accept serial number cards mailed to the hotel, and we will not mail the "special display case".
Q: I lost my "serial number card,". What should I do?
A: As a general rule, we cannot reissue cards. Please inquire at the hotel where you stayed for more information on exchanging the cards for the "special display case."
