A special selection of fine ingredients from throughout Japan and around the world, prepared with French and Japanese techniques. Choose from a menu that includes char-grilled Japanese black beef with caramelized onion sauce, and char-grilled crab with Kotobiki salt ponzu soy-citrus sauce. Visit the buffet table to sample some osechi dishes (traditional Japanese New Year cuisine). Also keep an eye out for the Galette des Rois cake traditionally served in France on Epiphany (January 6).
We have transcended the boundaries of Japanese and Western cuisine with a creative menu that will satisfy any gourmand.
