Dear Valued Guests,

Thank you for choosing THE OSAKA STATION HOTEL, Autograph Collection. We deeply appreciate your continued support.
We regret to inform you that some of the “Iwaokoshi” confectioneries ( produced by Amidaike Daikoku Co., Ltd. ), provided as part of the welcome tea set in our guest rooms, may have been past their expiration date.
Specifically, from November 13 to 14, 2024, a guest who stayed at our hotel contacted the manufacturer regarding the expiration date of the “Iwaokoshi” they brought home. This inquiry brought the issue to our attention. Upon investigation, we discovered that products with an expiration date of October 21, 2024, may have been included in the tea sets provided to guests after October 22, 2024.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and discomfort this may have caused our guests during the affected period. However, based on verification by the manufacturer, we have confirmed that the quality of the products in question poses no health risk.
The Osaka Station Hotel takes this matter very seriously. We are committed to improving our food management systems and implementing strict measures to prevent such incidents in the future. We kindly ask for your continued trust and support.
