For October and November, we have upgraded our prix fixe menu to allow you to choose your preferred appetizer, fish, and meat dish. Enjoy freshly prepared dishes including French standards such as Homard Lobster in a Cocotte Dish, Fillets of Sole Dugléré, and our signature The Moment Burger made with 100% Kobe Beef.
Alternatively, sample the buffet of modori-katsuo bonito and other seasonal dishes, Japanese beef and seasonal vegetables slow-cooked in a charcoal oven, dishes featuring carefully selected ingredients from around Japan and the world prepared with French and Japanese techniques, assorted nigiri sushi, breads and sweets made at the hotel, and more.
