[Important Notice] Information for those with food allergies

At THE OSAKA STATION HOTEL, Autograph Collection, we strive to do everything possible to ensure that guests with food allergies can enjoy their meals with peace of mind.

In some restaurants and banquet halls, we can provide menus that comply with the 7 specific allergenic ingredients upon request. However, there may be cases where it is difficult to change the menu due to the ingredients to be served, the restaurant format, or the kitchen environment, and we may not be able to meet every guest’s requests.

Please discuss your dietary requirements using our contact information in advance for further details and also refer to the following items of note.

[When Visiting our Restaurants and bar]
Please inform us of any allergies you may have at least 2 days prior to the date of visiting our restaurants.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate food allergy menu items on the day due to ingredients, etc., and have to withhold service, or we may need additional time before being able to serve you.
* Please let us know on the day should you wish to eat at the buffet so that we can inform you what dishes are available and allow you to make your own selections.
* Please let us know on the day, even if you intend to only eat at the bar or lounge.
* Please inform us at least two days prior to your visit if you have any food allergies.

[When Visiting the Banquet Rooms]
Our staff will ask you about any allergies you may have during preparations for your event.
Please contact us at least 14 days in advance for general banquets and at least 1 month in advance for wedding events.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate food allergy menu items on the day due to ingredients, etc., and have to withhold service, or we may need additional time before being able to serve you.

Food Allergy Precautions for Guests

· The dishes served on our Food Allergy Menu cover the 7 specific allergenic ingredients (*1)  (eggs, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanuts, shrimp, and crab) for which allergen labeling is mandatory.
 Other allergens will be addressed as much as possible to the extent of our knowledge and ability.
· Our Food Allergy Menu is prepared in the same kitchen with the same cooking and cleaning utensils used to prepare dishes on the general menu, so please also note that there may be traces of allergens present in the food. In addition, when serving buffet food, tongs and utensils used are shared among several dishes that may contain allergens.
 Please note that there may be cases of contamination (*2)  from guests using a single pair of tongs to take food from multiple dishes, meaning that tongs and utensils may come into contact with food containing allergens. Thank you for your understanding.
· Our Food Allergy Menu does not guarantee the complete exclusion of allergens.
 For guests who may be troubled that allergens cannot be guaranteed to be excluded, we may have no choice but to refuse food service, as we consider safety our first priority. If this is likely to affect you, please inform us in advance so that we can allow you to bring in your own meals.

(*1) Walnuts were added to the list of specific allergenic ingredients on March 9, 2023, making them the 8th addition. However, since the labeling grace period is still in effect until March 31, 2025 and their effects cannot yet be confirmed, the list shall remain at 7 ingredients.
(*2) This refers to cases where a food is produced and a trace amount of allergen contaminates the food even though it is not used as an ingredient.
