On this date, the 37th Naniwa Yodogawa Fireworks Festival is scheduled to take place. As we anticipate an exceptionally high number of guests, the SPECIALTY SALON is expected to experience greater demand than usual.
In order to provide a refined and comfortable experience for all our esteemed members, we will be implementing special arrangements for the salon’s operations on this occasion. We sincerely appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation, and our dedicated team remains committed to ensuring your stay is both seamless and memorable.

While these arrangements differ from our usual services, our entire team is dedicated to providing you with an experience of comfort, elegance, and lasting memories.We thank you most sincerely for your kind understanding, and we look forward to extending our warmest hospitality to you.

Check-in Check-out	In anticipation of congestion on the 38th floor, check-in and check-out may be arranged on the 29th floor. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding this adjustment.

Snack Time [10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.] Afternoon Tea [2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.]	High demand is expected during this period, and there may be a short wait before seating. *Children aged 12 and under are welcome until 4:30 p.m.
Evening Cocktail [4:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.]	Please note that the service is for 60 minutes. Even if you arrive after 6:00 p.m., it will conclude at 7:00 p.m. Duration: 60 minutes from time of entry À la carte orders policy: One-time order upon arrival (L.O. 6:30 p.m.) please allow time for preparation. Salon closure for fireworks preparation: All guests will be kindly asked to vacate by 7:00 p.m.
Close [7:00 p.m. – 7:20 p.m.]	Salon closure for preparation fireworks viewing: All guests will be kindly asked to vacate by 7:00 p.m.
Nightcap [7:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.]	Guests may re-enter the salon from approximately 7:15 – 7:20 p.m. Part of the window-side areas will be designated as viewing spaces. Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please take your time to savor this special evening, enhanced by the beauty of the fireworks. Fireworks viewing from 7:30 p.m. for approximately 60 minutes. Please be advised that due to factors such as wind direction on the day, the surrounding environment, changes to the launch site, or poor visibility caused by adverse weather, there may be instances where the fireworks cannot be viewed. In the event that the fireworks display is canceled due to severe weather or other circumstances, our hotel assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred by guests or third parties.
